Welcome to Villa Boya, a luxury six-bedroom villa in Berawa, Bali. Generous in space, warm and minimalist in design, this private villa is dominated by wood and stone sourced locally from Indonesia.
Villa Boya is a stone’s throw from Berawa beach and the world-class cafés, restaurants and beach clubs that Bali has to offer — yet it remains a secluded world apart, surrounded by some of the last remaining rice fields in central Canggu.
Fully staffed with a villa manager, housekeeping, a private chef and 24-hour security, and with lofty living spaces and light-filled suites, Villa Boya is a perfect tropical sanctuary for families and groups.

We are about 15 km from the airport. Depending on traffic, it takes anywhere between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours to get here — we can arrange a private transfer.
About 1 km from Berawa beach — a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute scooter ride.
There are six suites, each with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. An extra bed can be added to any room on request (at an extra cost), so the villa comfortably hosts large groups.
Three: the main swimming pool in the centre of the courtyard, and two private plunge pools outside the upstairs suites, overlooking the rice fields.
A welcome drink and fruit basket, Wi-Fi, free on-site parking, turn-down service and daily housekeeping, with a full-time villa manager, chef and 24-hour security. Daily breakfast is prepared by our chef at the cost of groceries.
Yes. Our staff are instructed not to disturb guests while they are in the villa, so please let us know when you would like your room made up.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible — just ask.
Please get in touch before booking with the details of your event or gathering. To keep the neighbourhood peaceful, we ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 9:00 PM.
